Overview
The Law Office of W. Daniel Vaughn is a new firm but has over 30 years of experience in the practice of law, including experience in wills, trusts, wealth preservation, planning for wealth transfer and other areas of estate planning, real estate, environmental law, probate, formation of businesses including partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies, advising owners of businesses and public law.
During his years of practice W. Daniel Vaughn has represented a variety of professionals, businesses and business owners, financial institutions, charitable foundations, major corporations, construction companies, real estate developers and governmental entities.
W. Daniel Vaughn left a national law firm for which he served as counsel for almost five years at the end of March, 2007 and initiated his vision of forming his own firm with the independence and flexibility to provide personalized legal services for each client.
Mission
The mission of the firm is simple and straight-forward: to utilize over thirty years of training and experience to make a positive difference in the lives of its clients by offering creative and resourceful advice and counsel.
